Returns & Cancellations


Please contact us to obtain a returns note number. You must obtain a returns note number before sending anything back to us, otherwise we may not be able to process your return. Failure to contact us in advance of any returns eliminate us from any responsibility of the item. We cannot be held responsible for items returned without authorisation.

If you believe that products you have purchased from Warm and Toastie are defective or damaged upon delivery report this immediately to the delivery driver and detail the defect or damage on the driver’s copy of the delivery note. You must contact Warm and Toastie immediately to report the defect or damage. All repairs or replacements of goods are at the manufacturer’s discretion and consistent with the terms and conditions specified by their guarantee. Where it is necessary to inspect the goods on site and no responsibility can be laid with the manufacturer or Warm and Toastie, an inspection charge will apply, to be paid by you, the customer. Warm and Toastie will not take responsibility for any consequential damage or loss as a result of product defect(s).

Unwanted goods returned to us must be in an unused, re-saleable condition and will be subject to a 50% restocking charge. Goods which are ‘special order’ are not eligible for restocking.


Order can be cancelled at any time before being processed by us. If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact us via our Contact Us page. We will not accept order cancellations made in any way other than listed above. Once your order has been processed you may only exercise your right of withdrawal according to this procedure.
